How your photos, prompts, and results are handled

• The prompt and any photos or reference images you submit for generation.
• The generated image returned for your request.
• Account and session information when you sign in, and credit, order, and payment-status records when you use paid features.
• Messages and attachments you choose to send to support.
• Technical, security, device, and basic usage information used to operate, protect, and understand the service.

When you select Generate, your prompt and any uploaded photos or reference images are sent through our server to the AI services needed to create the result. You can also generate from text without uploading an image. We use this content to provide the requested generation and to operate and protect the service.

We do not use your photos, prompts, or results to train our own AI models. AI service providers may retain request data for safety and abuse monitoring under their own terms and data controls.

We do not keep your photos, reference images, prompts, or generated images as an image generation history in your account. We retain the account, usage, credit, order, and payment-status records needed to operate the service.

Your browser temporarily keeps your current work, including selected images, your prompt, and the result. Prompts can survive a reload in the same tab. Before checkout, we save a local draft so your work can be restored when you return. Restored drafts are removed after use; abandoned drafts older than 24 hours are removed when you next visit the tool or checkout. Download any result you want to keep.

To investigate failed requests, we may keep prompts and related error information in diagnostic records. Credentials and image data are removed from these records. Account, payment, security, provider, and support records may be retained as needed to provide the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. Retention periods can vary by record and provider.

We use analytics and advertising service providers to understand website use, improve the service, measure advertising results, and support personalized ads. Optional purposes start denied. Accept allows analytics, advertising measurement, and personalized ads. In Settings, you can allow or deny each purpose separately. Advertising measurement permits advertising cookies and sharing advertising-related data with advertising providers; personalized ads permits using data to tailor advertising to your interests.

With your consent, analytics services may record your interactions with the website and content displayed on its pages, including images, to help us understand use and improve the experience. Text in input fields is masked. If you decline, providers may still perform limited measurement without cookies. You can change your choices at any time through Privacy choices in the footer.

We and our security service providers use technical browser and network information, including IP addresses and device information, to detect automated abuse and enforce usage limits. We retain protected visitor identifiers and usage records for these purposes. We do not send your photos or prompts to the abuse-check service.

Our sign-in and authentication providers process the information needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. You can generate without an account. Signing in lets you purchase and use paid credits. We store account-linked credit balances, credit usage records, and orders, but do not create an account-owned image generation history.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, AI generation, payments, abuse prevention, analytics, and support. Payment providers handle checkout and payment information; we retain the order and payment-status records needed to issue credits and handle support or refunds. Providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms and may do so in countries other than yours. We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also ask us to delete an account. Send a request to support@photogenerai.com. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information where law or legitimate security needs require it.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, but no online system is completely secure. We may update this policy as the product or its providers change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect.
